An Introduction to Our Litigation Practice Area
When the going gets tough, we prosecute and defend our clients' rights vigorously, carefully and in such a way as to set clear precedent or resolve the dispute when possible. Much litigation is not worth the expense and we carefully advise when this is the case. We have been to court over business, copyright, trademark, employment, entertainment, contract real property, probate of estates and high tech issues, creditor's rights, royalties, First Amendment rights and appeals cases in state and federal courts from Alaska to the east coast. We have extensive litigation and appeals experience in California Courts, as well as U.S. District and Appeals Courts in California and in other states since 1980. We have tracked down copyright infringements internationally and we have successfully stopped the piracy of valuable intellectual property.
